UK Employment Law Matters is run and managed by Emma Suzuki.

Her expertise since qualifying in 2005 has been in all aspects of employment and human resource management for both employers and employees. Prior to setting up UK Employment Law Matters, Emma was in-house counsel for a division of a major global facilities management company with 450,000 employees.

The role involved dealing daily with a heavily unionised labour force on redundancies, HR policy, race issues, litigation, public sector and local government etc. in providing practical and commercial employment solutions.
